I have always been a HUGE fan of Jem and the Holograms, and Jem is so ridiculously awesome and I absolutely love the show!! Not only was Jem an amazing and successful performer, but she was leading a double life as the CEO of her father's business and Head of an orphanage - what a fantastic role model for girls!
Super easy to make - dark purple Bengaline stretch suiting for the body of the dress and light purple cotton for the skirt and bow. I bought a few pink necklaces and painted some bangles pink to match. Lacquered earrings with red sparkle paint, purple stockings and pink sparkle shoes from previous costumes. The wig is from Cosplay.com and was really easy to cut and style!
